people make fun of how the city shuts down for any amount of snow, and how people dont know how to drive in it.  what they don’t realize is that this is an extremely hilly city.  when theres any amount of ice, its extremely difficult to get up and down these hills, even with 4 wheel drive.  which is why im surprised that people even bother to try.
